Mini Pita Pizza



Serves 1

Ingredients
1 whole wheat pita
Veggies of choice (I chose spinach, red, yellow, green and orange peppers, yellow onions)
Natural Pizza Sauce
Mozzarella cheese
Olive oil

Instructions
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a baking pan with olive oil cooking spray and put pita on it.  Top with natural pizza sauce then lay spinach on top of pizza sauce.  Sautee peppers and onions in olive oil, approximately 1 minutes.  Top spinach with sauteed vegetables and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

Bake approximately 10-12 minutes or until bottom is crispy and cheese is melted.

I like a little kick to my pizza so I sprinkle with red pepper flakes!
