Steak Salad

Lettuce of your choice (I like romaine)
4-6 oz Filet Mignon
Blue cheese crumbles
Red onion sliced into strips
Homemade Creamy Balsamic Vinaigrette

Cut Filet into medallions and cook to your liking.  While steak cooks, prepare your homemade dressing (or have made beforehand).  Toss salad in dressing then add your onion, blue cheese crumbles and cooked filet.
