Repeat each move as follows:
💪🏻 Crunches x 30
💪🏻 1 min plank
💪🏻 High plank knee twist x 15 (each side-30 total)
💪🏻 Crunches-Right leg up x 20
💪🏻 Crunches- Left leg up x 20
💪🏻 Lying leg raises x 10
💪🏻 Flutter Kicks x 15
💪🏻 Side plank - Right x 15
💪🏻 Side plank - Left x 15
