Merry FitMAS and a Happy New REAR Workout!

Who's down for a little extra calorie burn this holiday season?



I've put together this no equipment necessary workout that you can add to your current routine today or a couple of times a week to get your heart rate pumping and burn a few of those holiday cocktails!

Increase the intensity by adding weights to the following moves:

Curtsy Lunges
Crunches
Glute Bridges
Russian Twists
Squats
Renegade Rows
